We needed help: just closed on a dated row house; expecting our first child in six weeks; and a contractor ready to go but no design. Katie responded quickly with a layout that maximized function for our small kitchen.

Based on Katie’s recommendation, we decided to remove a wall to combine the kitchen with the former dining room to have a continuous flow of space. Her vision not only included placement of appliances, cabinets and counters but also included the addition of a essential half bath.

Katie Dillon INTERIORS also helped us select living room furniture that would fit around an awkward angled wall. Katie suggested a “cuddled chaise” sofa and even went to the store to test it out and rule other sectionals.

We are very happy with both the renovations and furniture and are thankful for Katie’s expertise.
